NEW THIS YEAR: for every adult (18+) who volunteers and completes a minimum of 2+ hours, you will be given a $10 voucher for Subway as a thank you. Enjoy lunch on the ECC HOA!

VOLUNTEER INFO and ITINERARY:
- Wear heavy gloves and closed-toe shoes
- City to provide orange vests
- EVENT: SATURDAY, MAY 4, 2019 at the Standing Bear Elementary parking lot (158th and Taylor St)
- 8:00 am – 8:15 am — Volunteer leader, Ann Smith to arrive
- 8:15 am – 8:30 am — City inspector arrives to drop off fact sheets (what is and is NOT allowed to be accepted at the site, oil spill kit, safety vests, orange cones, etc. and instruction on flow of event). Volunteers for this first morning slot should arrive by 8:30 am please.
- 8:30 am – 8:45 am — Deffenbaugh trucks arrive, as well as metal dumpster.
- 9:00 am — Site opens to the public (no early dropoffs)
- 2:00 pm — Event ends. Volunteers clean up site (sweep, pickup, return vests, collect cones, apply oil spill kit if needed, etc.) prior to leaving.
